View From the Lake is a Spark quest battle in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, located on the planet Pristine Peaks. It is part of the Side Quest Hide N' Squeak, in which the Spark Regenesis needs help to find three Penguins in a game of Hide and Seek. After finding them all and throwing them on the boat, Darkmess engulfs the boat, and must be stopped in this battle. The objective is to destroy all 3 Darkmess Eyes using Darkmess Eggs. After the battle, Regenesis joins the heroes on their adventure.
Layout
The heroes start on a small platform in the center of the battlefield, with three paths to go using pipes. There are three big islands which are all inhabited by different enemy types. Each island also contains a Darkmess Egg, with a Darkmess Eye close to each island.
Left island
The island to the left has 3 main levels of elevation, and contains 2 Flamin' Stooges on the middle level. 4 Sea Stooges are on the higher level, along with a Darkmess Egg. There are also pipes that connect to the other islands.
Middle island
The middle island contains 2 levels of elevation, with 4 Lone Wolves on the island, with one on the bottom level, while the other three are on the top level. A Darkmess Egg is also located on the top level. Pipes that connect to the left island and starting area are also present.
Right island
The island to the right has 2 levels of elevation, with 3 Deep Freezes inhabiting the island. One of them is on the lower level, while the other two are at the top level. A Darkmess Egg is also at the top level. Pipes connecting to the left island and starting area are also present.
Battle
No Darkmess Portals appear during the battle, and the battle ends after the Darkmess Eyes have been destroyed.
