Herb T.'s place

Herb T.'s place is in the city of Rougeport, actually underneath the aforementioned town. It contains Wonky, a helpful man that will tell you facts, a male pink Bob-Omb who thinks he knows stuff (The cradle will fall, but I don't know HOW it falls...'cause noone will tell me!), the owner, Herb T., and a blue Bandit who tells you that Wonky knows stuff.
