Rocky Wrnech is a character that appears in Super Mario Bros. 3.
Rocky Wrench is commonly seen on the tower and castle battles, as you run across the ship. They are covered up with lids, and pop up spontaneously, either lifting Mario, or bumping into him.
Rocky Wrench also cameos in Mario Kart DS. Easily expected, he appears on the course, "Airship Fortress", which is modeled after a hip from Super Mario Bros. 3. The rider can be liften up, or could be spun around if they run into him.
