Pufftups are puffer fish-like enemies appearing in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze.

When a Pufftup sees the Kongs, it will blow itself to a much bigger size which can only be defeated by Cranky Kong's cane swipe, however, they are vulnerable to any attack when deflated.
