The people opposing raise some good points. However, perhaps it was just my fixation on the "Super Mario" brand because I like to think of it as "Suepr Mario is the brand while Mario is the character". And SMWiki, although abbreviated, is more consistent with the main name of the wiki (assuming that's why "MW:[TEXT] was changed?). But yeah not seeing "Mario" in "SMWiki" abbreviation is kind of annoying too. No easy solution to this.
