There are five varieties of Streetpass presents, each with their own coloration and items. All of the varieties can be obtained one after another from the same Mii, as stated earlier.
The first Streetpass Present contains a [[Super Mushroom]] and a [[Fire Flower]] or [[Super Leaf]], the second one would have a Fire Flower and a Super Leaf. The third Streetpass Present contains a Super Mushroom, a Fire Flower and a Super Leaf. The fourth Streetpass Present contains a Super Mushroom, a Fire Flower, a Super leaf and a [[Boomerang Flower]]. And the fifth and last Streetpass present, (called a Deluxe Gift) has a Super Mushroom, a Fire Flower, a Super Leaf, a Boomerang Flower and a [[Statue Leaf]].

Streetpass Presents are a mechanic of Super Mario 3D Land. To obtain Streetpass Presents, the player should turn on Streetpass on their Nintendo 3DS and then go to a Toad House. In the Toad House, Miis found through Streetpass will create gift boxes that would give Mario or Luigi various items and power-ups. If Streetpass Presents are created several times by the same Mii, Mario or Luigi will get bigger presents, which contain more and better items.
