Biddybuds make their debut in Super Mario 3D Land. They walk in circles and act a lot like the way Goombas act in the 2D side-scrolling games. Some of them walk in a set path around a circle. Mario can defeat them with any type of attack. They also have a subspecies called Para-Biddybuds, which have wings and fly, similar to a Paragoomba.
