The course begins with floating meteors and giant stone spikes. Ahead of this is a large cliff face which looks like Wizpig's head. Wizpig's spaceships shoot at the player until they enter a tunnel which ends with a complex of more spaceships shooting all over the place. It is also raining all of the time.
 
The Nintendo DS remake is missing the rain, some stone spikes, and the spaceships at the end of the tunnel no longer shoot.

Wizpig Strikes Back is the final boss course in both Diddy Kong Racing and Diddy Kong Racing DS. It is located on Future Fun Land behind the T.T. Door.
