Wario, Wario Land 4 instruction manual

A little heart[1] is an item found in Wario Land 4. Little hearts are found after the player defeats enemies that drop coins. Little hearts refill Wario's Heart Gauge,[1] and collecting eight empties the Heart Gauge and adds one heart to his Heart Meter. If his Heart Meter and Heart Gauge are both full, enemies that would usually drop little hearts after being defeated will drop Silver Coins instead.

In addition to little hearts, regular hearts and Full Health Items make appearances.
