It is found on the Melodic Gardens, where it is being used as a power source for Kanya's HQ. Cryodash must be saved in the Spark Quest Coup in Kanya's HQ. After completing the Quest, Cryodash joins the heroes. It is already level 4 upon joining the heroes.
