The Roy Oilpaper is a High-End glider in Mario Kart Tour. Introduced in the 2023 Bowser Tour, this glider is a purple variant of the Oilpaper Umbrella that features the Roy Smooth Sounds logo on its top. Unlike the Oilpaper Umbrella, the Roy Oilpaper improves the chances of obtaining Bullet Bills from Item Boxes and increases the number of points earned for crashing other drivers while under the effect of a Bullet Bill.
