VS. Wrecking Crew is a competitive two-player arcade game featuring Mario and Luigi destroying walls for demolition while avoiding the enemy Gotchawrenches. A single-player mode also exists, having Luigi be played by the computer.

Wrecking Crew is a home variation of VS. Wrecking Crew, being more puzzle-oriented and based around single-player gameplay. In the single-player mode, Luigi is replaced by the brothers' cantankerous boss, Foreman Spike.

Wrecking Crew '98 is a Japan-only sequel for the Super Family Computer, being both competitive and puzzle-based. Two players destroy and match panels to clear out their playing field, with some panels causing affects to hinder the opponent. The game contains a story mode where Mario destroys Bowser's high-rises set up throughout the Mushroom Kingdom.
