It was originally a color scheme for the Circuit Special in Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe; however, it later appears in Mario Kart Tour starting with the 2020 Los Angeles Tour as a separate vehicle, classified as a High-End kart, and serves as a variant of the Circuit Special. Like the Circuit Special, it uses the Slick tires from Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
