Much like the [[Cheep Charger]], it resembles a [[Cheep Cheep]], but it also includes scuba-diving equipment on such as goggles, a snorkel, and an air tank on both sides. It is the signature kart of [[Mario|Mario (Swimwear)]]. The emblem is located on the air tanks. It uses a smaller version of the [[Metal]] tires. The Cheep Snorkel increases the speed boosts and the amount of points resulted from performing [[Trick|Jump Boosts]]. A golden variant of this kart named the [[Gold Cheep Snorkel]], which is also classified as a High-End kart, appears in the game.
