Template:Kart-infobox The Dark Clown is a kart that appears in Mario Kart Tour. It is a variant of the Koopa Clown with a darker coloration and is classified as a tour-exclusive Super kart. Like with the Koopa Clown, Mini-Turbos last longer and yield more points when using this kart. The Dark Clown could be unlocked during the Halloween Tour, where it was part of a Tour Gift for Gold Pass members after getting 152 Grand Stars. Unlike the Koopa Clown, it uses the Cyber Slick tires from Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

  • Mario Kart Tour Twitter: "Ever notice how well the Dark Clown kart and Swooper glider go together? The purple color scheme and dark shades make these two a perfect match."[1] (The tweet mistakenly mentions the Swooper instead of the Wicked Wings.)
