The Rose Town Innkeeper runs the Inn in Rose Town. She is also the mother of the young Toad Gaz, a character from Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars.

When the famous hero Mario first arrived in Rose Town, the Innkeeper asked the plumber to play with her young son. Unfortunately, Gaz's new doll Geno accidentally rendered the hero unconscious. As such, the Innkeeper brought Mario to a bed and allowed him to recover.

After Mario woke up, he discovered Gaz arguing with his mother. The young Toad told his mother he saw his doll Geno walk into the Forest Maze. The Innkeeper, tired of his son's accessories, gave him a time-out (despite the fact that Gaz was telling the truth). Later, when Geno proved to be real living doll, the Innkeeper simply believed Geno was just wearing a doll-like costume.

Since Mario was so nice to her son, the Innkeeper allows the hero and his friends to stay in her Inn for free. If Mario's party ever needs to recover their HP and FP, they should definitely stay at the Rose Town Inn.

Among her many guests, the Rose Town Innkeeper has had many famous patrons, including Mario, Mallow, Geno; and the hero of Hyrule himself, Link.
