Jungle Japes is a stage that appear Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl, it is set on a river, with three ledges made of wood, on which the players fight. There is a large platform, found in the center. This platform has another smaller platform above it, which players are able to jump on. There are also two smaller platforms on both sides, but because they are higher elevated, and they are separated by the rapid water current, it makes it dangerous to jump on. Klap Traps occasionally jump up to knock the players into the river. The music of the stage is the main level music from Donkey Kong Country. Also, on the main platform, there is a cabin in the background, and the player can see Cranky Kong's silhouette walking back and forth.
