About Vadenimo
It’s-a-me, Vadenimo! I am a German high-school student, who loves playing Super Mario games since his childhood, I also really love the The Legend of Zelda series as well as the Super Mario series. I also mod Nintendo games. Commonly known for New Super Mario Bros. Wii, New Super Mario Bros. U, and Super Mario Bros. Wonder custom levels. I have been using Super Mario Wiki for years without having an account using it as a source for my Super Mario knowledge. On November 2025, 2023 I made an account and started a discussion about Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story glitches, this marks my very first interaction with the Super Mario Wiki. My goals are here to share some Mario knowledge with others, if there’s something missing. I also rip sprites, mostly artworks, in rare cases, since I have the modding tools accessable. I hope that I will be able to share some Mario knowledge with everyone, who is apart of this wiki.
My very first Super Mario and Nintendo experience
My mother said I was fascinated with Nintendo and Super Mario games when I was around 2 years old, so in the year 2007 and/or 2008. I got my first Super Nintendo Entertainment System console in the Nintendo DS and Nintendo Wii era. My first games were Super Mario All-Stars and Super Mario World. After that, I got my Nintendo DS around 2009 or 2010. My first games on that console were New Super Mario Bros. DS, Super Mario 64 DS, Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story, and Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games (Nintendo DS). I immediately fell in love with the Super Mario series. I highly praise Mario’s 2D and 3D adventures the most, but I also really appreciate sub-genres like the Super Mario RPG, Paper Mario and Mario & Luigi games, as well as the Mario Kart and Mario Party genre. My favorite Mario and in general game of all time is Super Mario Galaxy on the Nintendo Wii.

I have almost played every game in the series. In the past years, I have also been playing games outside the Nintendo spectrum, even if my focus still remains the same on Nintendo as a game company. I am currently expanding my selection of games in every genre, on every console, and platform to gain more knowledge in every aspect of gaming. I would really like to play games of the Kirby, Star Fox, Bayonetta and Xenoblade series. In the Nintendo spectrum, I also have enjoyed the Metroid series with games like Super Metroid, Metroid: Dread, however, I need to play the Metroid Prime games. I really enjoy Metroidvania games such as the series that got the name of this genre. I have mostly played open-world, story-telling, and role-playing games. For instance, I also have played the Persona RPG games, where Persona 5 (Royal) became my third favourite game of all all time. Also, my game of the year in the year 2015 was Life Is Strange, and in 2018 Detroit: Become Human.
