In my [[User:Super Mario RPG/sandbox|sandbox]], I've been drafting up a new main page design. The reasons are as follows: | |||
#The headings (e.g. Community, Featured article) were too colorful, clashing with the wiki's background, logo, and overall aesthetic, so I opted for a more neutral color scheme. At the time of posting, not each one has a unique color scheme yet. | |||
#There's now a graphic of Mario to the left, welcoming users to the wiki. | |||
#The references list is a mainspace article, but it was grouped in with non-mainspace links like proposals. | |||
#All of the community and meta pages are to the top right, for easy accessibility, though a Discord logo is currently missing. | |||
#There's more breathing room for lists, now that they're added into a designated "Explore" section. For example, one can see that an Objects page is missing, which could not have been added easily using the previous design. | |||
