[[Luigi]] has to search the Koopa Troopas in London for the Crown Jewels, and when he finds them, he has to return them to the Tower of London for a reward of 2,400 [[bill|dollar]]s.

The Tower of London appears in both versions of ''Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games''. In the [[Wii]] [[Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games (Wii)|version]], the tower only appears on the London Party map, though in the [[Nintendo 3DS]] version it appears as the setting for several Story Mode episodes. It first appears as the main location in [[Sonic Arrives]], in which [[Sonic the Hedgehog|Sonic]] and [[Tails]] go sightseeing and encounter red [[Phantasmal Fog]] there, along with [[imposter]]s of [[Mario]] and Luigi, and once again in [[The Ghostly Tower]], where Sonic and Tails defeat [[King Boo]] and the [[Boo]] who are guarding the [[fog machine]] and clear the fog from the area. The episode [[Bowser's Blues]] also begins by the Tower of London, where Bowser is sightseeing with [[Goomba]], [[Magikoopa]] and [[Lakitu]], the latter of which mistakes the Tower of London for [[Big Ben]]. It also appears in the background of the episodes [[Enter Bowser?!]] and [[Junior, Super Hero?]], which primarily take place on [[Tower Bridge]].
