Not so good koopas[edit]

Hey I was getting the Koopa sprites from this place, http://www.hocuspocus.taloncrossing.com/rii/pm2/, and when I make them they turn out all weird shaped and I am not a good a putting these Koopas together. Can soemone good at putting sprites together fix all the Koopas (Koopas, Paratroopas, KP Koopas, etc.) together?
