The Bowser look-alike on the right.

I found a bowser look alike in the right that is green, and has a red cape. I looked at the Bowser image and there is almost no differnces. Is this by a hack, or color code. GalladeBlades

It's probably a fanart made by the company who wants to sell their product.

Yes, but look at all the other characters too. They have been drawn by Datel rather than Nintendo. It's just that their official artwork that has been modified to fit the taste of the cover. Ray Trace^(T|C)
