It was introduced in the [[Paris Tour (2021)|2021 Paris Tour]] and, as its name indicates, it is a variant of the [[Turbo Yoshi]] that uses [[Yoshi (species)|Blue Yoshi]]'s color scheme, even using the same tires. Unlike the Turbo Yoshi, this kart increases the duration of [[Slipstream]] boosts and the amount of points earned upon performing a Slipstream.
