Battle Arena Pads are steel pads with a headshot of King K. Rool. It's the hosted way to a battle pit fight with many of the world's Kremling enemies. This is the way to win the Golden Crowns. Each level has one Battle Arena Pad, with the exception of the overworld DK Isle which has two. They have only appeared in Donkey Kong 64.

A Battle Arena Pad is a steel pad depicting a mugshot of King K. Rool in Donkey Kong 64. They appear in various levels, all of which have only one Battle Arena Pad, except for DK Isles, which has two. When used, a Battle Arena Pad warps the playable Kong to a small arena, where they have to defeat several enemies, usually Kremlings, all while avoiding taking damage or falling off the stage. After defeating an enemy, another one appears in its place, continuing until the timer hits zero. If the player makes it to the end, they will receive a golden Battle Crown, and after being completed, the Battle Arena Pad disappears.

Battle arenas also appear in the multiplayer mode, Kong Battle, where players must battle to the end until one is left. Players also encounter various enemies and must use power ups against their opponents.

The following is a list of the Battle Arena Pads and their respective locations:
